- Because Apericots is a custom apparel company we need a little time to process your order. Generally orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of checkout, pending credit card approval. Transit time varies depending on the 'ship to' address. See map for estimated transit times (to calculate arrival date, please combine both the transit and process time).

*Please note: at this time Apericots is unable to accept orders from anywhere outside the U.S. and can only ship to the 50 United States.
**Please also note: Orders shipped to Military Addresses (such as APO/FPO) are shipped using Priority Shipping at the rates posted below. Please enter the state as APO or FPO and the appropriate corresponding state and zip code. If you experience any problems entering your APO/FPO address information, please contact Apericots customer service at 1-877-800-6709.

*Free shipping on orders $50.00 or more based on merchandise total and does not include Online Gift Certificates, taxes or any additional charges (sales tax charged for Utah customers only). Standard shipping orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Please note: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO military addresses do not qualify for free shipping. Costs to these States will be priced on a per order basis.

When we process a credit card transaction, your information is forwarded directly to our credit card processor for authorization. We further guarantee you will only pay for authorized items that you have ordered.
You will have the option of saving your personal information in our secure system for future purchases. The information is stored in the form of a "cookie" in your computer. Even though you need cookies to be enabled to make an online purchase, it is not necessary to save information via cookie if you choose not to.
Apericots may collaborate with government agencies and security organizations to prevent fraud and fraudulent use of your personal information. During fraud prevention investigations, we may share information with the agencies that assist us, as permitted and required by US law. This information will never be used for marketing purposes. Usage is strictly assigned to assist and prevent fraud investigations.

The Fair Credit Billing Act was passed by Congress in 1975. This Act prohibits your bank or credit card processor from holding you liable for more than $50 on fraudulent charges made to your credit card. If you are held liable for this charge, Apericots will reimburse you the $50.
APERICOTS ONLINE REGISTRATIONRegister once, save time every time. By registering with Apericots.com, your checkout is fast and easy, you have quick access to your order history, your address book with shipping addresses is saved, and you can access to your wish list to share with friends, and special offers via email. The personal information collected at registration includes your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and a password that you select. Now, you don't have to register to shop online, but it's a good idea.
APERICOTS BLOG AND FORUMStay hooked up, and get on The List. Sign up for our online forum and blog with other parents about Aperictos and what’s happening in the world of parenting. Be in the know about our latest products, designs, special offers, contests, and promotions. We simply request your name, zip, gender, date of birth and email. And no, we'll never sell or share your info with another company. That would be wrong and uncool.
Though we would hate to see you go, should you decide you want to ever be removed from the list, just let us know and we'll remove you from our mailing list. Rest assured that when you miss us, (and you will) you can come right back.

PRICING POLICY
Shopping Bag: Items placed in your Shopping Bag reflect the price displayed on your chosen item's current product Details page. This price may differ from the price displayed when the item was first placed in your Shopping Bag. Placing an item in your Shopping Bag does not guarantee the price.
Price Accuracy: We do our best to make sure all pricing is right on but mistakes do happen sometimes. So if an item's price is higher than advertised, please contact customer service.
CANCELLING AN ORDERIf you feel you have submitted an order in error, please contact Apericots Customer Service right away. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed for shipment it cannot be cancelled or updated.
